GENERAL RULES

1. Any personal information provided by Account Holder will be strictly confidential and well kept.
2. Account Holder should follow all his/her country’s Betting Laws when opening an account or handling any transaction. Macau Horse Racing Co. Ltd. has obtained permission from Macau Special Administration Region to accept bets legally. Account Holder should make clear and confirm that all the above rules are pursuant to his/her country’s Betting Laws and its limitation.
3. After submitting the application, Account Holder must understand and totally abide all the rules, agreement terms and condition, and important notices. (Rules, agreement terms and condition, and important notices can be found in this website)
4. Account Holder is responsible for the renewal of personal information (address, telephone number, e-mail address, etc)
5. Account Holder can change/amend his/her personal information in “Update Information” section of “My Account” in this website.
6. Macau Horse Racing Co. Ltd. shall have an absolute discretion in the acceptance or rejection of all or part of the bets.
7. Macau Horse Racing Co. Ltd. shall do the best to guarantee the accuracy of all the information in this website. If any error or omission is found, (odds, rules, agreement terms and condition, important notes, etc) Macau Horse Racing Co. Ltd. shall reserve the right to amend them. The authority to revise the Dividend may be exercised by the club so often in regard to each Dividend should an error or miscalculation shall be discovered.
8. Once the bet is accepted by Macau Horse Racing Co., Ltd. through the Internet Computerized System, the bet cannot be cancelled or altered.
9. Account Holder has full responsibility to keep his/her account number and password secret and update his/her password on a regular basis. Macau Horse Racing Co. Ltd. does not accept any liability for any leakage of information.
10. Macau Horse Racing Co. Ltd. reserved the right to amend the rules above without prior notice.
