Password Arrangement

Macau Jockey Club has installed a brand new betting system for our customers which brings along a totally different betting experience. The login password arrangement is as followed:

1. Existing telephone betting account holders – use the current password for telephone betting and for login to the internet betting system; once login to the internet, change the password immediately, at the same time, the password for telephone betting can also be changed in the Personal Information session under “My Account” page;
2. Existing internet betting account holders – the current password is no longer valid; use the last 6 characters of the account holder I.D. or Passport as temporary password to access both internet and telephone betting; once login to the internet, change the password immediately, at the same time, the password for telephone betting can also be changed in the Personal Information session under “My Account” page;
3. Existing holders of both telephone and internet betting accounts – telephone and internet betting accounts can be accessed separately according to the above arrangements; it is highly recommended that such holders contact our Customer Service Centre at (853) 8897 1338 or (853) 8897 1388 to merge the two accounts for ease of management in future.
4. The above arrangement is only available to customers who have made at least 1 bet in the 2014/15 or 2015/16 racing seasons. For other customers who used to be account holders, if you would like to re-activate your account betting activities, please contact our Customer Service Centre at (853) 88971338 or (853) 88971388 during office hours on race days, you will be offered a new betting account without the need of re-submitting any past documents.
